Speak&Habla is the entity that owns the website www.speakandhabla.com, located in Barcelona and with tax identification number Y6448058E, and which is dedicated to the teaching of English and Spanish.

Speak&Habla guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the User on the website and, in compliance with the provisions of the current Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, and other applicable regulations, informs you that:

a) All personal data provided to Speak&Habla will be processed by it in accordance with the current Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, and will be incorporated into the file USERS OF THE WEBSITE, created and maintained under the responsibility of Speak&Habla, which has been duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

b) The data are collected for the following purposes: (i) management, study, and resolution of inquiries, and (ii) the sending of advertising and commercial prospecting by electronic means regarding the company, its activities, products, and services, as well as documentation of various kinds.

c) In the collection and processing of personal data, appropriate security measures have been adopted to prevent loss, unauthorized access, or manipulation thereof, in accordance with the provisions of the current Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21.

The request must include the user’s full name, address for notification purposes, a photocopy of their Identity Document or passport, and a specification of the right being exercised. h) The user expressly accepts and authorizes Speak&Habla, under the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982 of May 5 on Civil Protection of the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy, and One’s Own Image, to capture and subsequently use their personal image—either directly or through third parties designated for this purpose—so that the company may use it for advertising purposes related to its activities and the services it provides. Speak&Habla may use the image on any medium, format, or communication channel, both for internal and external promotion of its products and services, without temporal or territorial limitation. The transfer of rights contemplated herein is free of charge.

i) The user guarantees that the data provided are true and accurate and undertakes to notify any changes or modifications to them, being solely responsible for any loss or damage caused to the website, Speak&Habla, or any third party due to erroneous, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
